The excellent result was obtained within 5 weeks in a case of giant peptic ulcer with basic aluminium sucrose sulfate and solcoserylR, which was fcurd in 47 years old man.
Basic Aluminium Sucrose Sulfate (UlcerlminR) is known to be combined with pepsin to form ulcerimin-pepsin complex and inhibit the proteolytic activity, of pepsin. Furthermore, it has gastric mucosal protective activity since it forms the complex, being composed with gastric mucosal protein. It also possesses antacid. activity.
Although, solcoserylR was reported. to help the tissue regeneration, the mechanism is still not fully known. It has composed of polypeptide, organic and inorganic compounds.
